Workout of the week! 18/05/17
As of late I have been training at Crunch gym Mentone. A great facility with a lot of equipment and plenty of space. This gym caters to a wide variety of people and athletes, from crossfit, bodybuilding, football, rugby, you will see them all.
One excellent attribute they have is the 'Power Half Hour'. This is a machine circuit which gives a whole body workout in half an hour.
POWER HALF HOUR
Leg Press
Leg Abductor
Leg Adductor
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Shoulder Press
Chest Press
Lat Pull Down
Seated Row
Triceps Push down
Seated Biceps Curl
Seated Crunch
The rule is to do one set and move on, easy to set your own goals and tempo. If some of these machines are not available to you, it is very easy to substitute for a cable or a free weight alternative.
