Workout of the week! 18/07/17

A few weeks ago, a friend and I signed up to a half marathon here in Melbourne. Now I did the great north run last year in Newcastle and really enjoyed it. However I wasn't as prepared as I would have like to be, resulting in me getting bad cramps in my quads towards the end of the run.
This year I am looking to get to work training, for an event that I am not naturally suited to, ahead of time so I don't make the same mistakes. I stumbled across a Youtube video by The Run Experience called How to Start Training for a Marathon | Your 4 Week PREP Plan.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a video that shares so much and also a channel that looks at all points of fitness that will be involved for completing a long distance event.
