Workout of the week! 6/12/16
As of late I have been trying to incorporate boxing drills into my weekly routines, mainly for some extra cardio and also to try and variate my training, shocking my body into a state of amelioration.
This weeks workout of the week is a quick workout, primarily using body weight exercises along with rounds on a heavy weight bag. The video from 'YourTimeTraining' is a great way for beginners looking to shed a few pounds of body fat, or simply get fitter to start their journey.
With a range of functional, full body, compound exercises, you will be breaking a sweat in no time!
