Workout of the week! 11/10/16

This weeks workout of the week come from the Men's Health 'Quick and Effective' series. I have recently been asked to make some bespoke plans similar to this but considering other goals and variables.

This workout takes 21 minutes in total, this is seriously one of the fastest full body workouts which covers an incredible range of components of fitness needs. Power through your lunch break or do it while you dinner is cooking, there are plenty of opportunities for anyone with the busiest of schedules to get this one done!
