Workout of the week! 17/03/17

Well after a bit of a hiatus we are back with a brand new workout! This workout is a great all rounder and can be adapted for all fitness levels. With a great mix of cardio and resistance training, you will fell and see results in no time!

1. Rowing Machine 500m in 2.5 minutes

2. Super set Battle ropes 60 50 40 30 20 10

6 Rounds Step Ups 60 50 40 30 20 10

Lunges 24 20 16 12 8 4

Take a short break (30s) after each super set. Try and finish this within 10 minutes.

3. Spin Bike sprints gear 12. 5 minutes – 20 second sprint 10 second rest (slower pace not fully stopping)

4. Super set Press ups 10

5 rounds Leg raises 10

Barbell clean and press 5

5. Super set Dumbbell chest press 10

4 rounds Dumbbell upward row 10

Dumbbell biceps curl 10

6. Super set Kettle bell squat 10

3 rounds Kettle bell swing 10

Kettle bell dead lift 10
