Workout of the week! 22/12/16

It is that time of year where we are all pushed for time! Finishing up work, Christmas meals, Drinks with friends and lets not forget, Christmas shopping.

A quick fat burning workout may be the solution to the lack of time occurring at this time of year.

This HIIT workout includes mountain climbers, windshield wipers and jackknife crunches to activate a metabolic shift and focus on the abdominal area.

A great short workout to keep on top of things over the festive season!
