Workout of the week! 05/10/16
This weeks workout comes from GymRa; a weight free, calorie burning, head to toe workout that can be done in 35 minutes. Now 35 minutes is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but can be very beneficial if used correctly on a regular basis.
This workout combines body weight movements and high intensity drills, whilst bringing in to play, a decent abdominal workout and flexibility training, to help melt that unwanted fat away. Take a look at the video below, train along with it, it's only 35 minutes, google will still be there afterwards!
