Workout of the week! 08/02/16
This week we are looking at a few tips that can help when training for long distance running. Obviously for marathon or any form of long distance running, jogging will be the first thing most people will start to do. However strength training plays a vital role in keeping correct posture and joint alignment.
Using this 8-exercise routine will help to build and shape the muscles that support you while you run, and hopefully prevent any injuries leading up to your chosen event.
