Workout of the week 12/01/16
I myself like many of us this time of year, like to hit the cardio hard and burn off the evidence of an indulgent Christmas an New Year. So for the past few weeks I have been incorporating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) into my daily workouts. Most of these include a variation between plyometric, resistance and explosive full body exercises.
