Workout of the week! 15/12/15

Snow season is here, and for a few lucky ones a chance to hit the slopes. This weeks workout of the week looks at strength and conditioning suited towards skiing. However this workout can be used for a full body strength and cardio routine.

This workout is pretty punishing, but a very worthwhile 30 minutes of a day.
