Workout of the week! 15/03/16
This weeks workout of the week is from the living legend himself.... Arnold.
Now, like most peopel leg day can be a chore. However seeing this workout I thought 'hey this is pretty short and sweet'. It only contains four exercises one being a superset. However the sets and reps make up for this.
This is a leg day you can really feel and literally see and feel a great leg pump.
