Workout of the week! 30/12/15
It's coming to the end of the silly season and I know a lot of us have been a little relaxed over the Christmas period. I am very aware this is the time of year where everyone gets into fitness mode. Unfortunately in many cases this new year fitness burst does not sustain and many veer off the tracks after a few weeks or couple of months.
Below is a video of 70 cardiovascular exercises, this will hopefully help keep a few of us from getting bored doing the same old jogging routine to get in shape.
