Workout of the week! 19/11/15
This week we are focusing on chest exercises, and what changes can be made for more efficient, safer ways to train the chest. This weeks video is from Athlean-X. I have been a big fan of this for a few years now and have told alot of people about the adapted fly/press exercise, due to my own nagging of the rotator cuff when doing classic flys.
