Bad Ass Brownie!

This brownie is amazing! Nothing much more to say, very versatile, customise it and enjoy!
This brownie is gluten free and can be customised with your favorite dried fruits and nuts!
Chilli chocolate and goji berry protein brownie

Ingredients
150g Butter (cubed)
200g Coconut sugar or brown sugar
125g Dark chocolate (80% cocoa)
3 Eggs
100g Almond meal
35g Protein powder or 1 scoop (chocolate or chocolate brownie flavour is best for this) or cocoa powder is you don't use or have protein
¼ tsp Baking powder
100g Goji berries
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Method
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees C.
Fill a pan ½ to ¾ full and place a metallic (mixing) bowl over it. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. And bring to the boil.
Melt chocolate butter and sugar in double boiler (In a metal bowl over a pan of hot water).
Beat in eggs.
Add almond meal, protein powder and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Fold in goji berries and chilli flakes.
Line a small baking tray with baking paper and pour mix in.
Bake for 35 mins.
