Shoulders are the topic of this weeks workout. This can be an A
chillies heel for a few of us or a boring session to others. Below is a workout from Hunter Labrada. I am a huge fan of this guy, keeping his workouts simple, to the point; whilst always giving good tips and instructions on form along the way.
