The best granola you've never tried

For a while now I've been eating granola for breakfast. I have tried a few brands and found that it is pretty pricey for what I'm actually getting. I looked up a few recipes and thought I'd try my own and see how it would go and if there was any point of me spending excess amount on a product that I could easily make for cheap.
My Own Protein Granola

Recipe
Ingredients:
Rolled/Porridge Oats - 6 Cups
Mixed Toasted Seeds (brown linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed) - 3/4 Cup
Mixed Unsalted Nuts (brazil, cashew, almonds, hazel and pecan) - 1 Cup
Veg Oil - 2 table spoons
Ground Cinnamon - 1teaspoon
Honey - 1/2 Cup
My Protein (Impact Whey) - 2 Scoop
Water - 1/2 Cup
85% Cocoa chocolate - 200g
Method:
-Pre-heat an oven to 170 degrees (C).
-Mix veg oil, honey, ground cinnamon, MyProtein (impact whey) and water.
-Slowly add Rolled oats and mixed nuts, until fully mixed.
-Pour the mix onto two baking trays, which have already been covered with grease proof paper.
-Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, mixing throughout.
-With 5 minutes to go add mixed seeds to the mixed.
I used pre toasted mixed seeds to ensure that they were all evenly toasted, adding them later in the cooking stage means that they will not burn.
-Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
-Smash up or dice the chocolate into small pieces and add to the now cooled mix.
-Store covered, in a cool dry place.
I found this to be a great recipe and will definitely be using it in future. For roughly the same price of a box that gives 3-4 servings, I was able to make around 11 servings!
If you try this recipe please pass on your feedback, we would love to hear from you!
