Workout of the week! 27/10/15
This week's workout of the week comes from Fitness Blender and is all about hitting those abdominals and obliques to get a defined abdomen. This 10 minute workout goes through 10 exercises that will get the blood pumping and the abs building! This workout can be tried by all comers and all levels of fitness. I would recommend that for more experienced athletes, that upping the intensity may be a good option for this workout by increasing the duration of selected exercises or reducing rest times.
