Workout of the week! 20/10/15
This week's workout of the week comes from Hunter Labrada via bodybuilding.com. This week we are looking to focus on back, an area that gets less attention than normally needed.
This video has only 5 exercises, which will engage your whole back and leave you feeling pumped! There are a lot of great tips surrounding range of motion, full stretching of joints and good lifting practice.
I love training back and think that this will be on my schedule tomorrow!
